At Devapanam, we take pride in delivering spiritually inspired products with care and intention. Please review our cancellation and refund policies before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation charges apply only for customized or personalized products and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • To cancel, please WhatsApp us at +91 70030 78019 or email us at devapanam@gmail.com with your Order ID.

After Shipping:

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • You may, however, be eligible for a return or replacement under specific conditions (see below).

Customized Products:

  • All customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Item Received

  • Damaged Product on Delivery

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Share photo/video proof of the damage or issue via WhatsApp or email.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.

  • Product not matching personal spiritual expectations.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

  • Items returned without valid reason or proof of issue.

  • Customized or personalized products, under all circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of UPI or wallet payments, ensure your payment details are correct to avoid delays.

  • Cancellation charges apply only for customized products and will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.

5. Replacement (if applicable)

In lieu of a refund, we may offer a free replacement if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The complaint is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Sufficient visual proof is provided.
