1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Personalized or customized jewelry (like birthstones or zodiac-specific items) may
    take up to 3-5 business days for preparation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • All India Shipping Available 
  • Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above 999.
  • Express Delivery (India only): Available with extra charges
  • International shipping is currently not available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5-7 business
    days
  • Delivery time may vary slightly based on
    location and courier partner

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive: A confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment via our courier partner’s website or from your My Orders section.

5. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • In case of any unexpected delay due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays, we’ll inform you via email or SMS.
  • If your package shows delivered but you
    haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
