3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets via secure payment gateways.

4. Orders & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of placement.
Standard delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on the location.
We currently ship only within India.
Tracking information will be provided via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery or if there is a wrong item shipped.
To be eligible for a return, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos).
We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike, energy mismatch, or belief-based dissatisfaction.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Cancellation charges apply for cancellations of customized products after order placement.
